Someone recently asked me whether breast creams, serums and lotions really worked, or if this is something that is in your head, a placebo effect? You no doubt have heard about researchers giving participants a sugar pill to see if they experience any changes or not. Many times they do, so is thinking that your breasts are bigger really true, or is your mind playing games with you?
While many manufacturers do play on your emotions and feelings, would it really be worthwhile to them to produce an ineffective product? Most likely not, their reputation would suffer and they would simply go out of business.
But it is easy to sympathize with women who are totally unhappy with the way their breasts look. They are at the point where they are desperate to try almost any breast enhancement method, and are in a rush to see results.
If the above description sounds like you then don’t rush into making decisions. Instead truly think about why you want to change the way your breasts look, plus is it just your breasts you don’t like or something else as well?
Sometimes fixing one issue only creates another. Once you have uncovered your true feelings then you can address the problem in a better way.
Remember too that any type of breast enhancement product is going to take time to work. Some of the best selling products can take as long as two months to produce results.
So if you do use a product and think that you are seeing changes, you might be just trying to push the envelope a bit! The only true way to see if your breasts are changing quickly is to keep track of their size.
The day you start with your breast enhancing supplement take your measurements. Then repeat this every one or two weeks. This way you can really tell when results are happening.
It is important to bear in mind that your monthly period could cause your breasts to increase in size. So make allowances for that as well.
The next time you are told by a friend of family member that what you are seeing is all in your head, you simply have to refer to your measurements and show your proof.
Seriously though, the majority of breast creams seem to provide women with results. These results can take time to see and they may stop if you stop using that particular product.
