Similar to you, I first stumbled upon the Total Curve breast enhancement program when I was researching natural breast enhancement therapy options.
What caught my eye with the Total Curve daily breast enlargement program (over so many of the other ones out there), was that it contained both: natural breast growth supplements and a natural breast lift cream.
Add to that the fact that the Total Curve products were extremely competitively priced despite containing a long list of promising ingredients.
I have since gone on to test and use the capsules and the cream thoroughly and hope – that by me sharing my experience and honest Total Curve review – you gain some valuable insights into the product before purchasing it for yourself.
Before I get into the details of what Total Curve did for me, let me back up a bit and start from the beginning.
What is Total Curve?
As mentioned, Total Curve is a two-part natural breast enhancement therapy system (owned by Leading Edge Marketing Inc) that is made up of a daily supplement and a lifting and firming gel.
The herbal supplement contains a variety of 9 natural ingredients designed to help firm and enhance breast size.
The serum contains 6 natural ingredients as well as Volufiline™ – a trademarked proprietary blend – which by itself has been clinically proven to increase breast size by up to 8.4% in less than 3 months.
How soon will you see results?
I am not a medical doctor, pharmacist, or even herbalist, so I do not want to make any claims, but a 56-day clinical trial on 28 volunteers who applied a gel containing Volufiline™ received a breast size increase by up to 6.4% at 28 days and up to 8.4% increase at 56 days.
Keep in mind that this was strictly from the use of Volufiline™. Total Curve includes many more ingredients that boast similar benefits. I’ll get into each of them later on.
With that said, of course the results will vary from person to person, but science indicates these results are absolutely duplicatable when following the Total Curve breast enhancement therapy as recommended.
How do you use Total Curve?
One bottle of Intensive Daily Breast Enhancement Dietary Supplement has 60 capsules. According to the instructions, you should take the supplement twice a day for best results. So it was easier for me to remember, I took one after breakfast and one after dinner. One bottle should last you 30 days, as long as you take the recommended daily amount.
For the Intensive Daily Breast Enhancement Lifting and Firming Gel, it should be applied twice a day as well. I applied a thin layer on my breasts and gently massaged the gel until it was fully absorbed. Just like how I take the supplements, I applied the gel upon getting up in the morning and once at night before going to bed.
Are Total Curve Results Permanent?
Whether the results are permanent or not isn’t something I want to vouch for simply because I never completely stopped using the Total Curve cream and supplements. I arguable could have, but I am determined to keep my new larger set of firm and perky breasts.
What I did though (after getting the results I was after), I slowed down the use of the cream as well as the capsules. First to half of the recommended amount, and then – after a while – to taking the Total Curve pills only a couple times a week and the Total Curve cream to when I go out (once or twice a week as well).
Despite that I will say that I have kept the results I gained from originally taking Total Curve consistently. And, according to my research, it’s possible for the effects of Total Curve to be permanent under two conditions:
- First, you shouldn’t go through any drastic weight loss. Breasts are mostly made up of fat, after all, so if you lose a good amount of weight, your breasts may decrease in size too.
- The second condition is if you go on the program again at least once a year. Thanks to hormones, our lifestyle and our age, our body will keep changing so we need to keep up with the changes and maintain the results that we have gained by taking maintenance doses.
I for one can – based on my limited experience – vouch for that!
The Total Curve Pills
The natural ingredients found in Total Curve pills are herb and plant based and contain some form of natural phytoestrogen.
Phytoestrogen is a plant compound that acts just like estrogen. Estrogen plays an important role in developing secondary female characteristics like bigger breasts, wider hips, and the like. It also helps regulate the menstrual cycle, which was a huge win for me.
But – for the sake of doing an in depth Total Curve review, let’s dive into the specifics. Let’s look at the natural ingredients used in Total Curve capsules and find out how they can help us with breast enhancement.
Ingredients in TotalCurve Pills
Buckwheat leaves and flowers have a high Rutin content. Rutin is a plant-pigment with powerful antioxidant properties. It helps the body produce more collagen which is great for your skin and for breast enhancement.
Aside from letting the body produce more collagen, Rutin also enhances the action of Vitamin C (another component of the daily supplement). As a result, it improves blood circulation and makes capillaries stronger.
Did you know that Fennel is a superfood? Its calorie count is very low but it has a lot of health benefits. For example, when you eat the right amount every day, it can help maintain your blood pressure, give you healthy bones and heart, and it can even prevent certain types of cancers.
Fennel is also another ingredient that’s filled with phytoestrogens which balance out female hormones. It can help normalize menstrual irregularities. And, because Fennel seeds are rich in flavonoids, a plant chemical, it can help in the recovery and growth of new breast tissue.
Dong Quai Root
Dong Quai Root, especially in Southeast Asia, has been used for centuries because it has different medicinal properties. Most know it as a “blood purifier” because it can help manage hypertension, prevent and treat allergic attacks, and can even help with infertility.
When it comes to female hormones, it can help maintain healthy estrogen and progesterone levels – both hormones have important roles in breast development.
Damiana is a wild shrub native to Mexico, Central America and the West Indies. Its leaves and stem are collected and are made into medicine. In the past, it was used as an aphrodisiac (a sexual stimulant for both genders). But, other than that, it has been used to treat stress, depression, and anxiety.
Because it has been combined with other herbs rich in phytoestrogens, it can be very useful in making new breast tissue.
Blessed Thistle has so many benefits. Way back, it was used as a treatment for the black plague and was made into a tonic by monks. Today, it is commonly made into a tea to treat colds, cough, cancer, fever, bacterial infections, and stomach problems.
Just like the Damiana Leaf, Blessed Thistle is an effective hormone balancer. It’s also helpful in aiding nursing mothers produce more breast milk.
Hops is basically the flower of the Hops plant. It has been used for a lot of conditions including anxiety, inability to sleep, restlessness, and tension, just to name some.
Just like the other natural ingredients listed here, it’s a phytoestrogen producer. Because of this, hops, for a long time, has been used for women’s health. To be more precise, it’s used for breast development and lactation.
Watercress is a member of the cabbage family. It’s not as popular as cabbage but it’s one of the oldest known vegetables eaten by humans.
Watercress is great for overall health. The US Centers for Disease Control listed it as number one on the Powerhouse Fruits and Vegetables List because it is nutrient-dense but with very low calories. It is also believed to promote breast health and prevent breast cancer.
Black Cohosh Root
In the middle of the 1950s, Black Cohosh Root became popular in treating female health concerns. It was first used by Native American Indians and was later introduced to the European colonists.
It can handle any symptom associated with a lack of estrogen – PMS, cramps, as well as symptoms of menopause.
Wild Yam Root
If you want to treat different symptoms for menopause, Wild Yam Root can help. It’s a natural alternative to hormone therapy since it produces a phytoestrogen called diosgenin.
Studies have found that it is very effective in treating painful menstruation, osteoporosis, and infertility, to name some. It’s also helpful in the breast enlargement process.
The TotalCurve Cream
I hinted at Volufiline™ earlier, but what’s in the gel aside from Volufiline? I wanted to know if it has other ingredients that help lift, firm, or enhance the breast size and shape. As it turns out, it does.
Aside from making your breasts plumper, the Total Curve firming gel also contains ingredients that nourish the skin. Let’s look at each of them a little closer.
Total Curve Serum Ingredients
Aloe Vera Extract
Do you know why Aloe Vera is a popular remedy for sunburns? It’s because it has healing properties. It can relieve the skin of burns while making you feel cool and refreshed.
Aside from this, it also has anti-aging benefits. It penetrates the skin quickly, nourishing and regenerating the cells, while healing the damaged tissue.
Like all the natural breast enlargement options I recommend on this blog, Volufiline has undergone a rigorous testing process to ensure that it will deliver the best possible results for those using it. Its effectiveness is all thanks to the sarsasapogenin content of the active ingredient.
Sarsasapogenin is the main component responsible for lipogenisis, or the process if interacting with the fat tissue in a woman’s breasts, causing them to multiply. As the number of fat cells in the breast area increase, the user’s bosoms become larger and fuller.
Bearberry is really great for your skin! It contains powerful antioxidants and can help increase the rate of making new cells. Because it has strong antioxidant abilities, it can prevent further damage to the skin caused by stress, the sun, or any other outside factors.
In addition, Bearberry extract also contains arbutin which can smooth skin out and even out the skintone.
As our skin ages, it becomes difficult for it to lock in moisture. This is why there are plenty of facial and body moisturizers in the market for women of a certain age. To prevent dryness, Algae extract has been added to the serum. As you may already know, algae comes from sea plants and is very rich in vitamins and minerals, helping the skin lock in moisture. On top of this, it also causes the skin to firm up without causing any irritation.
Mango butter is another ingredient that helps skin retain moisture. The seed kernel of a mango tree is pressed and rendered to make the precious Mango Butter.
It’s commonly used in different skin care products like body butter, lotion, and more. It softens the skin up, restoring its youthfulness and elasticity.
There are a lot of serums in the market that contain Vitamin C. It’s a natural skin lightener. If you use serums with Vitamin C consistently, you can expect to have a brighter and more even skin tone. The vitamin itself is also useful in processing collagen to be used by the skin.
Lastly, it has antioxidant properties which can protect your skin from damage caused by stress or pollution.
The last ingredient that the gel has is caffeine. In recent years, coffee beans have been getting a lot of attention because of their anti-inflammatory properties. It is even used in body scrubs to tighten the skin up and counteract cellulite.
It is rich in antioxidants, just like most of the ingredients on this list, which can help your skin maintain its youthfulness and battle the harmful effects of outside factors.
I could have left this part out of this Total Curve review but – despite having become a huge fan of the Total Curve breast enhancement therapy program – I want to give you a well rounded picture of what these pills and cream will and will not do for you.
I always take the Total Curve breast enhancement pills after eating, and have – to date – not had any negative side effects. No stomach problems – nothing!
I occasionally suffer from seasonal allergies so was a little worried when taking these supplements, but I thankfully did not notice anything out of the ordinary.
The same is true for the Total Curve natural breast enhancement cream: No negative side effects. If anything I’d say it felt extremely good applying the cream and doing those two-times daily breast massages.
I’ve read other Total Curve reviews online and users didn’t seem to have experienced any negative side effects either, so I feel pretty confident recommending the entire Total Curve breast enhancement therapy program. But – again – results may vary. Please consult your doctor if you’re worried about having negative side effects.
One thing I did notice though, is that my moods improved. I used to be really cranky whenever my period was about to arrive. I used to get really bad migraines and cramps too. But, since taking the supplements, I have not experienced my usually bad PMS symptoms.
This alone has been a game changer for me. The breast size increase, the firmness and youthful look and feel are a bonus.
Where to Buy TotalCurve
Avoid buying TotalCurve products from third party sites because you just never know what you’re actually going to get.
Even if you were to get the legitimate product, it most likely has not been stored the way the company itself would have stored it.
This goes also for the freshness of the products. If bought from third party sites, they care more about making a dime than delivering fresh products for their customers. So there is no guarantee the products aren’t expired!
Lastly, unless the product is ordered directly through the company selling it, you won’t qualify for their money back guarantees (among other insurances) the company offers!
So, always – ALWAYS – order through the official TotalCurve site here!
