When a man displays symptoms like an swelling of the breasts, either one or both and which is deemed as abnormal, the condition is called gynecomastia. Sometimes these breasts produce milk. The problem is a honestly common one and is seen mostly during puberty. Some of the medications and drugs that promote gynecomastia are cardio vascular drugs like digitoxin and captopril, cancer chemotherapeutics and alkylating agents, anti ulcer medications like cimetidine, antibiotics like metronidazole, ketoconazole, isoniazid etc.
